How and when will I receive my rewards?

Your enrollment bonus will be sent to you approximately 1-2 weeks after you receive your welcome email.

Your annual reward will be sent to you approximately 4-6 weeks after the season ends.

You will receive an email with your choice of payment options for your IID Prepaid Visa®. If you have a Honeywell Total Connect Comfort or Honeywell Home thermostat or if you enrolled without a smart device, your reward will be sent to the email address you provided to sign up for EnergyFlex. If you have a Nest thermostat, your reward will be sent to the email address associated with your thermostat app account. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox!

If you purchased a thermostat from IID Power Store you will receive up to $75 off your thermostat at the point of purchase.
